The Recreation Department has now partnered with "Chez Boucher Cooking School" offering culinary programming for those who would like to expand their culinary knowledge on specific topics.
These one-day cooking and baking classes are hands-on and are ideal for anyone who cannot commit to one of our multiple week classes or would like to expand their culinary knowledge on specific topics.
Classes are approximately four hours in duration. Saturday classes are from 9:00 am -1:00 pm.
Each workshop begins in our state-of-the-art kitchen preparing and learning under the guidance of our certified chefs.
Class Cost: $150.00 per person

Part 1 is on butchering techniques and runs from 9:00 am - 11:00 am.
Part 2 is Backyard BBQ and runs from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. At the end of this class, you will be sitting down and eating the meal you all created.
