Join us each week from 7:30-8:30PM at the Bedford Town Hall in Bedford, NH for a weekly Meditation Practice Class.
Taking this time for you, and settling into the stillness with some quiet, reflective mindfulness meditation. So, unwind, relax and find more calm moments in the midst of all that is happening in your life right now. Each week I will guide the group in a variety of mindfulness meditations.
This class is for anyone, regardless of your experience with meditation, so beginners to the more advanced. Wear loose, comfortable clothes, bring along a yoga mat, pillows, blanket, cushion, etc. or anything else you may need for your comfort. Chairs are provided.
About the Instructor:
Cecilia has over 23 years of personal meditation and yoga experience. Trained in mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness where the groundbreaking Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program was developed by John Kabat-Zinn, PhD. She is a certified Reiki Master Teacher (RMT) and for many years, has been teaching MBSR, mindfulness, meditation and mindful living classes in Salem, Londonderry, Manchester, Bedford and Goffstown, NH. Stress LESS Mindfulness Meditation is a TV show she produces at BCTV-16. Her online Meet Up Group called Bedford NH Meditation has over 800 members and growing! She is actively engaged in the non- profit area, offering classes and workshops to seniors and people in active recovery.
Note: Classes will be offered weekly on Thursdays during the regular school year, with some exceptions due to holidays, etc. See below for details as to specific class dates.
